No CB Menu on profile page

No CB Menu on profile page was created by waterwork

I've upgraded to J 2.5.8 and CB 1.9 from 1.7 and 1.8. I haven't really changed any settings but I can't get CB Edit menu to appear on anyones Profile. I suspect permissions or CB menu plugin issue, but no matter what I change the menu does not appear. Any ideas?

Upgraded to J 2.5.8 from what?

If from J1.5, then this is not an upgrade - it's a migration.

From J 1.7. It was a migration though to a new host (Rochen), I upgraded JCE editor and reinstalled CB after migration. Old site is still live until I fix this. Thanks.
