Registration error: Please enter your name

Registration error: Please enter your name was created by nica521

Hi,
We are using the cb component and when you register it opens up with a prompt box "Please enter your name" however the name field is completed.

I have tried the following with no success:
1. We are using the SH404SEF component and I have tried setting the component to "no-cache"
2. I have cleaned the server cache

Not Sure what else to try, so any ideas appreciated.
