On my site only Moderators can access User List. When a Moderator logsin from the frontend and tries to send a mail to a user you get the message:
Your email failed to send! Please try again.
On turning on the debug system you get:
Parsing errors in language files
JROOT/language/en-GB/en-GB.mod_artcats25.ini : error(s) in line(s) 22
Any idea how to set it right?
