Hi all
I putting together a solution for an organisation that categorizes it's members into age groups. Age groups are fixed - eg 20-24, 25-29, etc. Until now the logic to roll members into appropriate age groups each year is managed by an Access database.
We want to move everything online if we can, so that means finding a way to automatically calculate the age group for each member (about 700 members) once a year (age group defined at 31st Dec each year)
Is there anything in CB that would allow us to do this easily (or elsewhere). Only other options I can think of are and SQL database fix, or export data to access, run the end of year, and then import back in.
