DISABLE FIELD EMAIL was created by sultra

How do I disable the email field on the registration page, so the user is not a CB need to enter email, I've tried to disable the “Field Management” but it always pops up a message “Please enter a valid email address” at the time of registration. please help me

You cannot - Joomla needs an email address.
