Hello,

I was able to fix the problem.

On each module (login, online, etc) you should change "Module Assignment" show on all pages

I have this same issue. Installed the CB Quickstart and it seems that the login module has not been installed at all.

When I look to add new module there is no option for CB Login.

Has there been an update to CB Quickstart or some type of work-a-round to get the CB login module
