Can't install com_comprofiler,zip

/usr/local/lib/php.ini i cant fine it

I have a different problem, I can't find com_comprofiler in the downloads area.
Is it part of the full CB package?
I installed the lastest version of CB on my dev site and I am trying to access the DB table of comprofiler, but is does not appear to be there?
Any ideas??
