How to uninstall CB 1.4 proper? was created by arxd

Hi
I'm building a special site for over a year now, (site is not live yet)
And back then I have installed CB 1.2,

I follow the 1.2 > 1.4 upgrade manual, and something went wrong,
my CB 1.4 backend dose not support non-English character anymore ( shown as "????" ):huh:

Since my site is not live yet, I would like to re[install/b] CB 1.4 proper
(and do a Fresh install)

How do I uninstall CB 1.4 proper?
