Problem with bad characters in CB was created by marryb

Hi all,

I have a serious problem with adding tabs and fields to Community Builder. Specifically with title and text.

I create new tab (or field) and write to title "PSČ" or to decription "Poštovní směrovací číslo" ... and the result is (in backend and frontend) this Title: PS? Description: Poštovní sm?rovací ?íslo!!!
