Hi, I recently started using joomla 1.5.22 and I was about to install CB on my joomla site but I encountered a problem with it.
After unziping the packeg witch Cb 1.4 I uploaded com_comprofiler.zip but I didn't get the page with the yellow construction helmed, that would be to easy. It just jumped to the main administrator panel. I didn't even show the blue stripe saying that installation was a success.
Pleas can you help me with this problem, M'I doing some thing wrong?
I had the same issue,
By default, all servers have a 2mb php limit, (you can ask your host provider to change the maximum PHP upload size to 16mb) OR! (alternatively - the easy way!)
UNZIP the "com_comprofiler.zip" and upload it to "/home/your-site-name-here/public_html/tmp/com_comprofiler" folder. and then use the "Install from Directory" in the isntall page in Joomla to install it, example:
"/home/sitename/public_html/tmp/com_comprofiler"
and your done! Joomla will do the rest like a normal install.
