CB - one EditTab several PublishTabs

hello

I have a little problem concerning the users profile page.

I'd like to have fields published on multiple positions (tabs, etc.) but the user should be able to edit them on only one Edit-Tab.

Is that possible and how?

and another little question:

I have two fields called firstname and lastname - they are only published as the formatname. In the user editing-tab they are listed as invisible.

How can I make them visible although they are not shown on any tab? (because they are shown in the formatname)?
