How I can hide tab but user still can Edit?

Dear Mr/Ms

I have sum user field information (Ex: phone number, address.. in one tab) don't want to show for other user lever (registered) view. So I chose "alow to access" for author or higher lever to view but Owner can't view or edit tab too.

How I can hide tab but Owner still can view or edit this tab.
