Select searched fields in menu-item

Is there a way to create a menu-item that links to a users-list, showing a selection of searchable fields instead of all searchable fields? (Option= Searchmode only)

I think there is an option for each userlist to only search for fields which are directly displayed in the respective user list.
Sooo.. if you created a userlist showing fields x y and z the respective search would only give the options to search for x y and z.

I hope you can help me further because I can't figure it out. Where can I tell a userlist that it only should show x, y and z, instead of alle searchable fields? I found some parameters considering searching (multi critera searches) but I see no options for choosing searchable fields.

Found it:
Searchable fields: displayed ones only
Then only the fields are displayed that you choose in every column... (and are searchable ofcourse)
