I uploaded the 1.3.1 component. After uploading I got the normal community builder images, but then the screen went white with this error message.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _pear_call_destructors() (previously declared in /home/xxxx/public_html/xxxxx/libraries/pear/PEAR.php:773) in /home/xxxx/public_html/xxxx/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/library/pear/pear.php on line 811

I went to the admin section again, clicked on the community builder link and saw a error message on top:

Warning: file /home/xxxx/public_html/xxxx/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/pluginsfiles.tgz still exists. This is probably due to the fact that first installation step did not complete, or second installation step did not take place. If you are sure that first step has been performed, you need to execute second installation step before using CB. You can do this now by clicking here: please click here to continue next and last installation step.

I clicked the link and got the white screen with the first error message.

I uploaded the new modules without any problems. I went to the my site and logged in without any problems. I still see the error message when I click the cb link though. Is it something to worry about? Can I make the error go away?

thanks,

Please see help us help you within my signature for proper debug procedures. The PEAR issue is typically due to 3rd party Joomla system plugin that is constantly loading Joomlas PEAR library (this should not be the case) as CB has its own PEAR library and is causing a conflict.

If you're still receiving the pluginsfile error then your installation failed and all the plugins failed to install; you'll need to attempt to install CB again.
