Contact Info fields empty

Hi Nick,
I followed your advice. I did nearly all checks suggested in you "signature" (spent a week reading and testing), re-installed it, did not find solution and started a new post.

PHP Version 5.2.13
CB Version 1.3.1
Joomla Version 1.5.22
After upgrade from CB 1.2 to 1.3 I found that Contact Info fields on CB User page are empty.
If I would print in that info manually and save. The info will show up on the page.


I did not have any error messages.
Browser - Firefox 3.6.13 (I checked it in IE also).
All other features of CB are working great.

I would really appreciate any detailed suggestions.

turn on joomla debug and look closer at your server error log.

Spent another few days and gave up.
Re-installed whole website with Akeba back up.

All is working properly now.

Glad you have things working now.

Wonder if this issue was just a bad transfer to begin with.
