blog: profilebook or incubator project (both available to you as a CB Documentation subscriber)

forum: kunena (must be downloaded and installed separately - integrates nicely with existin CB 1.3.1 forum plugin)

Private Message: uddeIM (see this site dedicated forum category by developer)

newsletter (acymailing - download and install separately).

I followed this part of instructions and now I can't sign in my admin panel. I only changed the ADMIN >GLOBAL CONFIGURATION > See Below

(Joomla1.5):
set "Allow User Registration" to "No".

Now I can't sign into my admin panel
How do I fix this.

Components->Community Builder->Configuration-
This is not configurated, yet sign in is unchecked
It also doesn't not allow me to sign in as new user.

11) If you want to allow registrations only through Community Builder
(recommended):
- in Admin->Components->Community Builder->Configuration->Registration:
set "Allow User Registration" to
"yes, independently of global site setting"
- in Admin->Site->Global Configuration->Site (Joomla 1.0/Mambo)
or Admin->Site->Global Configuration->System (Joomla1.5):
set "Allow User Registration" to "No".

Changing any of the above has no affect on backend login. Something you've installed has compromised your site or login credentials. Review your user in the _users database table and see if the password got blanked (empty). The configuration you listed is strictly to ensure frontend registration only happens through CB, period.

Please log in or register to view or modify your profile.

You've set the profile permissions too high. Please see CB configuration followed by the User Profile tab and ensure the profile view permissions is set to Everybody or at most Registered.
