Those are Tab privacy controls. Please upgrade to latest CB Privacy plugin where this issue is not present.

links to Kunena discussions not correct, they lead to 'Advanced search'. See 'Forum' tab:

Please check your Kunena configuration and set the default displayed Tab. Was not able to confirm this issue. Please be more specific as to what Kunena release you're using.
