[SOLVED] Problem with synchronization after update

I've just update my BC from 1.3 to 1.3.1, when i run the tool Check Users database it give me an error:

Warning: 2 entries in users table without corresponding comprofiler table rows.

users id: 68, 69 are missing in comprofiler table

This one can be fixed using menu Components-> Community Builder-> tools and then click `Synchronize user;

I did the synchronization but without result, how can I fix the problem??

This means that perhaps you have been using the Joomla registration process in frontened or even backend (using Joomla User Manager instead of CB User manager).

What messages do you see when you do the CB Tools sync?

i solved the problem, i've disabled the joomla user manager and deleted the two users registered with that, now no error is displayed when i run the check tool, thank you for the help nant!!!
