And yes, the legacy plugin is enabled.

You know maybe the forum is "community oriented" as you said, and I understand the developpers won't spend all their time to solve all the issue. After all, the majority of CB items are cost-free.
But as I explained in my first post, I need some support for the Docsubs plugins. If I paid the doc subscription it was only for the access to some plugins. Unfortunately these plugins don't work.
When you buy something that doesn't work, you'll expect a service in return from the item provider in order to make it work. Won't you?

For now I've paid 32$ for nothing. This is the sad reality.

You mentioned that you disabled SEF but it is on.

These plugins work just fine.

I assume, when you say none is still not working you mean captcha?

If so, have you moved your Joomla configuration file?

Have you turned on your site debug to check messages?

I uninstalled sh404sef. There was no change. I have installed Artio SEF since.

As I said in my first post, Captcha is concerned. But also profile book, ajax text fieldtype and cb rating fieldtype. Actually all plugins from the doc subs plugins don't work for me.

Beat has already asked me this question. I told him that my configuration file is in the root directory. So are you talking about this one. Or something else that should be somewhere else?

Have you turned on your site debug to check messages?

There is no error message.

Ok - PM me backend access and I will take a look once I get a chance.

FYI: I am not doing this because you are a doc subscriber. If we were to setup a personalized support service rest assured that it would cost much more and we would have to have a much bigger team. Just trying to prove that there is nothing wrong with the CB Team plugins - most likely your environment is at fault somehow.

Look, actually, I'm not asking a personnalized support. And I agree 100% with you that the CB team has no enough staff for that. You have perhaps also reason when you say that my environment is the cause.
But there are plenty of configuration aspects from my server. If I don't know which one, I can't do anything.
As soon as I know the source of the problem, I'll try to solve it by myself.
Thanks for your understanding.

I've sent you a PM.
