CB profilebook problem

Hi.. I have a "problem" with CB ProfileBook, as I said above..

Frontend/backend tab, settings etc. exist and they`re visible.. But, noone can post a comment.. There is no "link text" to post one..

Maybe I didn`t set up it, but.. It`s a problem to me however..

So.. If there is someone who`ll be kind to give me a details of setting up cbprofile, or give me instructions how to "corect" bug..
