groups/clan is there?

Hello. Iwas wondering in there an extension to J1.5 and CB1.2 which is similar to clan wars/groups.
These are features that im looking for:
1) creating clans/groups (only approved people (by administrator) can create clan/group => permission to create clan)
2) clan/group leader can add/remove members (without invitation)
3) clan/group has own profile/website (where is custom fields for clan/group; and clan/group avatar)
4)clan/group leader can add news which is viewable only for the clan/group members
5) clan/group leader can set permissions to members to write news for clan or smth else.
6)clan/group leader can create events which is public in calendar for everyone (One callendar for all clans/groups).

My question is Is there such a extension for CB1.2 or was it such a extension for CB1.1??

In one word : NO

The only thing is GroupJive ( www.groupjive.org ) but it look like there is no more update / support for the component...

It is very sad, because joomla really needs a Group component that works to complete the joomla "community" feeling...

OK. So is there extension which has some of the features. Not all of them.
