Captcha random displays was created by Epsylon
I don't know why as I didn't experience the problem myself, but some of my users reported that the image is not showing up. It seems that both Firefox and IE are concerned ...

Known issue: old Mcafee ads blocker can cause problems. Ask your users to try again with ads blocker disabled.
