When signing a user's profile book the submitters email address is shown although it is not shown on the actual submission. This can be misleading and prevent users from signing a guest book because they think their email address will be displayed. I just commented out the appropriate lines, but would suggest this be removed in the next release.
Also in the english.php file the text form notification emails says publihed instead of published.
