help with plugin was created by yoshi
Hello,
I have been trying to write a simple plugin which allows a user to enter a date and time into a text filed.

Then a tab is shown with a count down to the specified date.

its for show users when another user is going on holiday type thing.

I have attched the zip file.

So far I have the plugin installing fine, creating a tab and a field for the user entry. What I cant get working is the retrieval of the users set date.

Any help or pointers would be very much appreciated

thanks

I have written this from the helloworld example so you may need to uninstall that first.. I'll rename everything when its actually working ;-)

Take a look at your template,
It must include some code that includes css and stuff
and that has moscode that uses the joomla root (not your site root, just joomla) etc.
