Captcha Plug-in Issue

In Firefox 2.0.0.3 the "Security Code:" input area for the image damage is there, but no image appears. Viewing the source of the page I saw <img src=" www.americalovesbaseball.com/index2.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=tabclass&Itemid=1&tab=getcaptchatab&no_html=1 " />

In IE 7.0.5730.11 I get the input area as well, and a broken image indication. When I get the properties for the missing Captcha image, I get www.americalovesbaseball.com/index2.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=tabclass&Itemid=1&tab=getcaptchatab&no_html=1

I don't see anything that might be an issue in Captcha config. except images (checked due to research here and elsewhere) that shows:
Image Software GD2 library (selected in dropdown) GD2 library Auto dectected bundled (2.0.28 compatible) (Yes, dectected)

I would appreciate any help anyone has to offer.

Apparently not. When I went looking for more info on it, it appears to be quite an involved process to install it. Unless I'm missing something again. I have to compile it to upload it, is that correct?
