xml file missing on condition plugin

xml file missing on condition plugin was created by icehanger

I was trying to install the condition plugin, I downloaded from forge. All the files in the archive are created on 02/2007. The important XML file is missing from it. Can I use the old xml file into the new archive and install the plugin. Is there any sql changes on the plugin.
