actually, after further evaluation, this idea isnt such a good one afterall lol. Imagine a site of 1000 users. that's 1000 emails generated on a daily basis! And that's outside of any other newsletter/mass notices software that the site may be using.

Looking at it realistically - if a site has 1,000 users, the likely hood of all 1,000 users receiving an email every day is slim to none due to the fact that not every user will have a profile view every day.

General statistics or this would be a site with 1,000 users may only have 50-100 active users on any 1 who would say look at between 2 and 5 profiles.

So looking at these stats you would only be sending between 1 & 500 emails daily (maximum 50% of subscriber base)

If you are in a shared environment then you can usually send up to 1,000 emails in any 24 hours depending on your host, and unlimited if you have the correct server environment

Could be set up so that only some percentage of the userbase who's eligible to receive email actually will. Say this plug in sends email every 24 hours. Then the admin has the choice of mailing 100% of the users whose profile has been looked at, or 10% of the users.

This way it can function as a little nudge to come back to the site.

When the site is young, you'd set it for 100% maybe. WHen the site is really populated, you'd set it for something less.

Maybe also have some ratio of new hits versus total hits. Profiles which get a lot of hits wouldn't be emailed (since the owner comes to expect hits), while profiles which rarely get hits would be (since the owner will be pleasantly surprised by a new hit).

And of course, each user would be able to turn off this feature.

I mean this plugin should only active for the user which registered on the page but never visit the site again or long time not visit, and there is a lot of such a kind user at my site.

The main target of this plugin should give this massage:
Remind the passive user and give them a note "Your profil is active and viewed by a lot of other users and visitors"

in other words: Come and join again to our site and be a active user

How about it was set so that anyone who hadn't logged on in say 10 days (Admin Optional) would receive an email with a summary of recent visitors
