docman CB plugin was created by raoult

got one working with docman, but need to finish up pagination. will try to get it wrapped up tonight, but tomorrow is my bday, so gimme a day or so. just using dmsubmitedby to filter by.

I got busy with a new project, but I'm trying to get it finished up right now. I tried the plugin on a different template that I was working on, and it broke my tab width, so I need to look into that. I will try to get it wrapped up in the next few days.
