Every post that I have read says "Profile book should notify you via email" It's not. I think that others are also having the same problem. Does anyone have any ideas?

It will notify you only if you activate it.
Edit your profile and check out the profile book fields.

Do you guys know if there is a module for profile book that checks for new entrys? (kinda like the "mod_pmsnotify")

I'm thinking about building one that notifies users about anything that might elicit their attention. It would just be a mish-mash of similar notifications in the login module, PMS modules, Board modules, etc.

In the case of a site that I'm currently working on, I'm aiming to streamline the output of the login module, while having these notifications together, but elsewhere in the template.
