Can't figure out how to enable it. Instructions are not explicit. Please advise. I found it. It's in the CB menu for "Join Us" but not in the Login or Forgot Login menu items. Please advise.

That's Joomla's forgot login. You need to have the CB AntiSpam Bot installed, published, and public access then within Joomla global configuration set the captcha to CB AntiSpam. I believe that should turn captcha on for Joomla's forgot login.
