Google Maps Api Plugin

Although this is a wonderful plugin when it works, it still has a few faults.

I had it working, the user registered and he was mapped correctly according to his zipcode.

My Site is German which causes the first problem, suddenly all my users are being mapped incorrectly to the US.

The second and most concerning problem is that when a user enters an invalid zipcode a php warning is shown.

The User only has to enter his zipcode the country is a default value in the database.

Any ideas???

thats something else then a mod.
on their forum they more or less say the mod sucks compared to the component...
