English.php reference error

English.php reference error was created by ktb53
My apologies if this has been answered. I found a few people ask but I never saw an actual solve. I'm running Joomla. 1.5.23 with CB 1.7 and Docman 1.5.11 r1516 all should be the latest (for Joomla 1.5 at least). I'm trying to run the docman component for CB but I get the following error:

Error: No language file could be loaded. Is the DOCMAN component properly installed? /components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_docman/language/english.php

I go the same error when running Joomdoc so I thought I would try docman but no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix this?

You have installed a CB DOCman plugin that is missing a file.

Best I can suggest is to find the developer of this plugin and ask him.
