How to modify language strings?

Hi,

I would like the menu text in the CB Content module to be changed. e.g. "Update Your Profile" to "Edit My Profile". (See attached image.)

The documentation says the CB language files contain all the strings used to produce the sentences, and these strings can be edited.

I installed the latest CB English Language plugin (CB19_en-GB.zip) from the forge area. How do we edit the strings? I think there is no way to edit them in the backend. So, do we have to manually edit the strings in an editor like Notepad and then re-upload the language file only?

My installation:

Joomla! 3.0.2
CB 1.9
