Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_E was created by erickjames21

Please help me!

I am editing something on the english.php and got this..

I cannot login to my administrator so i can edit the files..

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/infinity/public_html/chinese/language/english.php on line 421

How can i change the english.php if i cannot login myself??

please help..
