Ok, this is now fixed for non-internal captchas. Issue was only remaining for reCaptcha container div.
Captcha in this view however is just not going to look good. You'll likely want to set the Badge parameter for your reCaptcha to None and use v3 or Invisible as it takes up a substantial amount of space.
Typically you shouldn't need login captcha though and I don't particularly recommend it. CB AntiSpam has other login protections that'd be better utilized like failed login attempts auto blocking.
