Question regarding AntiSpam

Hello...
While trying to set Antispam i am facing the following issue...

Details
Server Time: Europe/Athens
(Joomla configuration) public $offset = 'Europe/Athens';

AntiSpam logs time: Europe/Athens -2hours (screenshot bellow. Do not know if this can be fixed!)
 

Now... when setting for example the CB AntiSpam / Registration / Duplicates, we have to set "Duplicates Timeframe".

Let's suppose we need to have Duplicates Timeframe = 30 previous minutes

We will enter -30 MINUTES
or...
(-30 MINUTES plus the 2 hours that come from the offset in AntiSpam Logs) -> -150 MINUTES

CB AntiSpam always works in UTC and does not localize datetime to ensure accuracy. So when it's doing the block comparisons it will also do so in UTC.
