Can I create a gallery (by menu item) that would display albums/media from users based on title or description?

Not sure if I missed something - I'd like to display albums from multiple users based on a title or description keyword, and not necessarily all albums from a given profile.

There's no way to link to album by title or description. Albums can only be linked by id.
