Don't use a full live site SEO URL for redirects. Please use non-SEO beginning with index.php for any redirect parameters. Your current usage would break if your domain name changes, http to https redirect, if the menu alias changes for its parent or for the URL itself. It basically causes a lot of problems doing that. The below is what you'll want to use for profile redirects.
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=userprofile&Itemid=MENU_ID_HERE
