We upgraded to CB 2.7.1 yesterday and since then it's taking over a minute and a half (1.66) for the CB User management backend to load. Any ideas?
Also, does this look like a correct list of CB extensions and versions? The two Administrator Components that are still version 1.9.1 seemed problematic. I wonder if that is related?
I'm not seeing any issues with an install that has over 1 million users. Takes about 4s. My guess is a plugin maybe causing this? Try unpublishing plugins 1 by 1 within CB > Plugin Management and see if it improves.
