I have just discovered that when someone presses the "x" to exit out of the pop up for the terms and conditions on the signup page (CBSubs + CB)
the darkened background remains and the user cannot get back to the form.
Seams to work fine on my J3 and J4 test sites, but certainly is acting strangely on your site and throwing a few JS errors. For some reason all your JS seams to be trying to load twice. For example CBs core JS file cb12.min.js is loading twice. The duplicated JS would explain why this is failing.
Please switch to default Joomla protostar template and retry. Seams like it might be the template outputting the header twice.
