Problem with the backside user management was created by sereniteam
Still this afternoon, i discoverd that I was unable to change or to upload any canvas or portrait from the backend manager while beeing possible from the user profile management frontend.

Is that normal ? And why such modification.

It was working perfectly until now

Many Thanks
Vincent

We made no such change to core CB. What is not working about backend uploads? The form doesn't submit? It submits, but no change of image? It gives a validation error? Please be more specific as to what the problem is.

actually when I clic on the option "upload a new image" from the backend user management I don't get any further information, neither when I select the option gallery .. No action, and it stays as in my screen shot.

When I connect as user to the frontend, everything looks fine and I can upload new image or select an image in the gallery

Everything was fine yesterday evening and maybe this morning too.

Best regards

In the meantime i discovered that the Queries don't work anymore on the backend and still efficient on the frontend for user. This is new and happens without having change.

See the two pictures below. These show you that when selecting no action appears on the backend user management .

It sounds like you've a JS error in backend profile edit causing all the JS related functionality to break. Press F12 to open your browsers developer tools and click the Console tab. Now refresh profile edit and see if there are any fatal errors in the console (they will be colored red).
