Hey nant, that's what I did earlier but somehow it wasn't updated.. so i just wanted to reconfirm that the package (2.4.5+build.2020.05.07.21.35.06.e8f8a6125) is the right one.

Should i download (from joomlapolis.com/downloads) and install or should i just use the update feature from the CB Admin.

Yes, 2.4.5+build.2020.05.07.21.35.06.e8f8a6125 is the latest CB release.

Should i download (from joomlapolis.com/downloads) and install or should i just use the update feature from the CB Admin.

Either method will work fine. If you believe it failed to update redownload and reinstall over the top of itself to be sure.
