Appart of that: In Ogone emails and in Ogone backend you will find for each transaction the notification link, so that you can replay it manually through a browser. That will record the payment and activate your subscriptions (if the link is well-formed according to Ogone specs).
So: If you did not contact Ogone support, please do it now.
I guess that you speak about "Résultat requête postale" ?
this is not a link but only parameters. I tried to add these parameters both to our website url or to the url mentioned in Ogone gateway (not forgetting the & ) but it does not seem to trigger anything
We'll contact Ogone on monday, will try to make some tests in the week end
On Ogone website there is no more notification link that I can find, seems only the parameters are sent by email now
