I have tried the forgot password function and still didn't receive any errors.
On
test.stuntlist.com/west
in the header on right is the Forgot Password link. I have PMed you the admin login info for the site.
Please note that we have email turned off on this site and can not have it turned back on. As a first step if we could get errors to display if you put in a wrong email address would be great. Then we can see if we can get the emails to work after that on the live site.
If you need a user for testing you can use username: Member with an email address of member@line49.ca.

Turn off SEF completely then retest. You seam to have some sort of custom rewrite rules or redirects in place. Notice with SEF off your home page gets stuck in an infinite loop. What's likely happening is the form is never submitting, but is getting redirect back to Home. You also seam to have a redirect that's forcing from root to /west, which can also break forms as many forms submit to root with the path in the post variables.
