To protect URLs you need to install CBSubs Content, which is included with your CBSubs package. Once installed edit your plan and navigate to Integrations > Extensions. In there you should see "By URL Part" protection. You need supply parts of the non-SEF URL to protect. I recommend reviewing the CBSubs documentation for By URL Part protection for further usage information.
