It can track using Cookie tracking, Coupon tracking, or hardcoded Affiliate ID tracking. What form of tracking are you wanting it to do?

just to let you know that we succeded in seting it up. It is a little bit confusing but it seems working now on our test site.
We have only the PAPVisitorId (Sales Tracking) method active on CBsubs configuration panel, and have selected the Standard (anchor) tracking link in PAP. And now we are experimenting...!
