I have to add some data to some members profiles. Some of these have registered through the joomla reg page and somebody via CB. Now everything is turned to CB registration.
Because there is a difference between mandatory fields in the default joomla re and my settings for CB, some users are not registered with f.ex telephone number.
I tried to put in a new number for myself in the user management (not CB) and I synced it by the tools in CB and everything updated.
When I add a number to a member that has no number registerer, I can not sync with the sync tool. Nothing happens?
How can I add the missing info to my members and be sure it update in all my lists in CB etc?
You'll need to manually edit your users within CB > User Management and add their Joomla info. CB does not synchronize Joomla profile fields.
