Action define from user group

Hi

Have different group of user (with different field based on group) ,
like User from group A when login not see all user of usergroup C or B and viceversa ( C not see AB, B not see CA ..)

Also i have cbsubs with a plan for this group/user but no found any can do this.

What is the best use , …action can do this ? (how) , Conditional (have more field tab) ?

Best way to do this would be with a field. This way on the before profile request trigger using CB Auto Actions redirect action you can test the viewing users field against the displayed users field and see if they're the same or not and if not then redirect away.
