Is there any way to collect information when a member upgrades their plan? Or buys "merchandise"?
I have members that are buying tickets to a convention and I need to collect their spouses name when they purchase these tickets. However, I cannot figure out a way to present anything at all when they upgrade.
No, CBSubs does not present any profile fields during the purchase process. They would need to navigate to profile edit after purchasing to complete whatever fields are now available to them.
