ok I have create a textfield and set a rule for this field "oui" is plan is active and "non" is plan is deactived.
I have create a new subscriber and the field is correctly set to "oui" after paiement. But if I edit this subscription and set status to expired the field stay to "oui"

Ensure the text field is blank, don't give it a value. Then give it a value with CBSubs Fields and see if it reverses on unsubscribe.

Strange, you must have something else triggering a user store or something interrupting the reversal. Are you using CB Auto Actions? If so try disabling it and see if issue persists. Do you have CBSubs SQL Actions updating the field with a database query? If so remove the query. Below is process showing it working fine with a text field (what you should be experiencing with your text field).

CBSubs Field Configuration:

What exactly do you mean by edit this subscription?

If editing the subscription within CBSubs > Subscriptions it will not fire any triggers for integrations to function. Same for database edits. It must expire naturally or be unsubscribed from frontend or in backend user management.
